Savory Snack Nuts
People often wonder what is a good snack to eat especially when it's 3 or 4 in the afternoon and we get the munchies. If you are in the habit of drinking tea in the afternoon, it is always nice to have something savory to go with it. The healthiest thing you can think of is eating some nuts which gives the crunch that you are craving and the satisfaction since it has fat and protein. However, given the nature of its elements, it is heavy and hard to digest for some, from an Ayurvedic perspective. So adding some spices to it can not only add some zing to it but also increase its digestibility. Enjoy the following recipe for an afternoon snack at home or work or to take with you on a trip to munch. They could be good for your kids lunch boxes as well.
