Ayurveda is very clear on this subject. Eat your largest meal at lunch time when the sun is out and your digestion is at its peak. Dinner should be light since we don't have much activity before bedtime. No food should be eaten 3 hours before bedtime. Just making this shift could make weight loss easier. Its like the age old saying, "Eat breakfast like a Prince, Lunch like a King and Dinner like a pauper." You need to try it to believe it.
